Wniosek można złożyć e-mailem, bez instalowania gry. Napisz na adres poniżej z tego samego adresu Google, którym logujesz się do Trailborn — to jest nasza weryfikacja tożsamości i dlatego nie prosimy o żadne dokumenty ani hasła.
Co napisać

- zdanie, że wnosisz o usunięcie konta i danych.
Nie wysyłaj hasła — nigdy o nie prosimy. Jeżeli wniosek przyjdzie z innego adresu niż ten powiązany z kontem, odpiszemy z prośbą o potwierdzenie z właściwego adresu i nie ujawnimy, czy konto o podanym nicku istnieje.

Delete your Trailborn account
This page is for the game Trailborn (package
com.forestnap.trailborn), published by
Forest Nap Studio. It explains how to delete your account
and what happens to your data.
Fastest route: in the app
Open Trailborn and go to Settings → Account and data → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm twice. The account and its data are removed from the server immediately, and the app also clears the data stored on your phone. No email needed.
No longer have the app?
You can request deletion by email, without installing the game. Write to the address below from the same Google address you sign in to Trailborn with — that is how we verify your identity, which is why we never ask for documents or passwords.
What to write
- subject:
Trailborn account deletion; - your in-game nickname, if you remember it;
- a sentence asking for your account and data to be deleted.
Never send your password — we will never ask for it. If a request arrives from an address other than the one linked to the account, we will reply asking for confirmation from the right address and will not reveal whether an account with that nickname exists.
We act without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, and confirm to the same address.

What is kept, and why

| An anonymised trace of claimed roads in the shared world history | Without it other players' maps would stop adding up. The trace carries neither your nickname nor your identifier. |
| Moderation reports you were party to | Needed to finish the case and to allow the other party to appeal. Deleted once the case is closed. |
| Technical and accounting logs required by law | Deleted at the end of the retention period described in the privacy policy. |
